This cultivar will grow rapidly the first 7-8 years to form a nicely pyramidal tree with an open form. White spring flowers, and the attractive wavy and waxy green foliage has good fall color. Wide branching angles make it resistant to storm damange. A thornless and vigorous grower, that is resistant to pests and disease. Tolerates a range of soils, drought, smog, and extreme temperature changes. This is a great tree for shade, street or accent.
